Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Financial Services, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Business Unit Or Department.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Operations, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Analysis.
