  1. Develop and implement comprehensive executive compensation and equity strategy for the company.
  2. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's compensation and equity practices are competitive and in line with market standards.
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and finance teams to determine executive compensation and equity objectives and develop plans to achieve them.
  4. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Executive Comp & Equity Strategy team, including budgeting, staffing, and performance management.
  5. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of current compensation and equity programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of executive compensation plans, including base salary, bonuses, and equity awards.
  7. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to executive compensation and equity.
  8. Communicate and educate senior leadership and employees on executive compensation and equity programs and updates.
  9. Lead the development and implementation of new compensation and equity initiatives, such as equity refresh programs or sales incentive plans.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and legal counsel as needed to support executive compensation and equity programs.
  11. Monitor and analyze market data and trends to inform decision-making and ensure competitiveness in the market.
  12. Partner with the talent acquisition team to develop competitive compensation packages for executive-level candidates.
  13. Drive alignment and consistency in executive compensation practices across the global organization.
  14. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR, finance, and legal teams.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners and managers on executive compensation and equity matters.
