  1. Manage and coordinate all aspects of high-level board meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of materials.
  2. Maintain a thorough understanding of corporate governance principles and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for board members, providing timely and accurate communication and support.
  4. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Coordinate with various departments and teams to gather necessary information and reports for board meetings.
  6. Work closely with the executive team to ensure alignment and understanding of board meeting objectives and decisions.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with board members, executive leadership, and other stakeholders.
  8. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or conflicts related to board meetings.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to board administration to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  11. Lead and supervise a team of board support staff, providing guidance, direction, and training as needed.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to board administration.
  13. Assist with special projects and assignments as needed by the executive team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Board Administration, Preferably In A Fast-Paced, Global Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Corporate Governance Principles And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Board Members, Senior Executives, And Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Coordinating Board Meetings, Including Preparation Of Agendas, Minutes, And Materials, As Well As Managing Logistics.
