- Maintain a thorough understanding of corporate governance principles and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for board members, providing timely and accurate communication and support.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with various departments and teams to gather necessary information and reports for board meetings.
- Work closely with the executive team to ensure alignment and understanding of board meeting objectives and decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with board members, executive leadership, and other stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or conflicts related to board meetings.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to board administration to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Lead and supervise a team of board support staff, providing guidance, direction, and training as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to board administration.
- Assist with special projects and assignments as needed by the executive team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Board Administration, Preferably In A Fast-Paced, Global Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Corporate Governance Principles And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Board Members, Senior Executives, And Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Managing And Coordinating Board Meetings, Including Preparation Of Agendas, Minutes, And Materials, As Well As Managing Logistics.
