Job Description

PayPal is looking for a Dialer & RTM Analyst to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional who can effectively manage customer relationships and make sure our customers are taken care of. To be successful in this role, you should have an in-depth knowledge of customer service strategies and techniques. You should be able to identify customer needs and provide solutions in a timely manner. Additionally, you should be an analytical thinker who can troubleshoot customer issues quickly.
