Dialer & RTM Analyst

You will be responsible for driving performance improvement, analyzing business trends, and managing the Call Monitoring program. You will also provide analytical expertise to leverage data to identify areas of improvement and areas of growth.The successful candidate will have excellent problem solving and analytical skills, as well as experience in customer service and operations. You will have a passion for driving results and be highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work. You must also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
