Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Desktop Support Technician to join the PayPal team! As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be responsible for identifying and troubleshooting user issues related to hardware, software, and other computer-related technologies. You will be the go-to person for all user-related queries and work with the IT team to ensure that all systems and applications are functioning smoothly.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, excellent problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and a customer-oriented attitude. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks. An understanding of basic networking protocols and technologies is also required.If you are an experienced and motivated Desktop Support Technician who is looking to join a dynamic and innovative team, we want to hear from you!
