
Desktop Support Technician
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Desktop Support Technician to join the PayPal team! As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be responsible for identifying and troubleshooting user issues related to hardware, software, and other computer-related technologies. You will be the go-to person for all user-related queries and work with the IT team to ensure that all systems and applications are functioning smoothly.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, excellent problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and a customer-oriented attitude. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks.
