In this role, you will use data and analytics to support product initiatives aimed at delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll develop insights and actionable plans that will help drive product decisions and optimize design. As a member of the Product Analytics team, you’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure data-driven decision making across the organization.We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about analytics, product design, and customer experience. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of product analytics.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in data science, product analytics, or a related field• Strong understanding of data-driven product design and optimization• Proven track record of developing insights and actionable plans to drive product decisions• Advanced knowledge of SQL and statistical analysis• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI• Excellent communication and collaboration skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
