Conduct data analyses that contribute to the implementation of data quality controls across PayPal by rationalizing the business process or technology gaps that lead to data quality issues. Validate and test the data quality process control points for Critical Data Elements (CDE’s). Develop and test new data quality rules from existing DQ issues and from profiling data. Capture, track, and present insights on the lifecycle of CDE data quality issues. Contribute to the implementation and testing of enterprise-wide data quality dashboards & reporting for CDE’s. Help define data quality controls in alignment with industry best practices. Work collaboratively across various teams that are executing data quality controls to ensure there is alignment to the enterprise data quality framework, procedures, and controls. Work with the Enterprise Data Governance leads to ensure that data quality processes are integrated into the data governance framework.
