Cybersecurity Policy & Strategy Intern

Additionally, applicants must be comfortable with basic computing and security tools and technologies.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement security policies, standards, and best practices across the organization.
2. Research current and emerging cybersecurity threats and solutions.
3. Assist in the development of tools and processes to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
4. Work with the team to identify and address potential security weaknesses and vulnerabilities.
5. Assist with the development of risk management strategies and plans.
6. Develop and maintain documentation for security policies, standards, and procedures.
7. Monitor security alerts and investigate any potential threats.
8. Respond to security incidents and provide support for incident response activities.
9. Collaborate with other teams to ensure best practices are in place.
10. Assist in the development of security awareness and training programs.
