At PayPal, we’re looking for a passionate and highly organized individual to join our Customer Success Management team as an Onboarding Manager. In this role, you’ll play a key part in making sure our customers have a smooth onboarding experience and that they get the most out of our services. This is a highly visible position in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong customer service background, and the ability to think outside the box. If you’re an organized, detail-oriented problem solver who is motivated by helping customers succeed, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
