  1. Conduct thorough analysis of credit risk factors and identify potential risks for the company's financial stability.
  2. Develop and implement credit risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  3. Monitor and evaluate credit risk exposure and portfolio performance, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  4. Collaborate with other teams within the company, such as finance and operations, to ensure alignment and consistency in credit risk management practices.
  5. Utilize data and statistical models to make data-driven decisions and provide insights on credit risk trends.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to credit risk management and make necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures.
  7. Communicate credit risk findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and credit bureaus to gather relevant data and insights.
  9. Work closely with the underwriting team to assess creditworthiness of potential clients and determine appropriate credit limits.
  10. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with credit risk management policies and procedures.
  11. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Train and mentor junior credit risk analysts to ensure a strong and cohesive team.
  13. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of credit risk assessment processes and decisions.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Credit Risk Analysis, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Statistical Analysis And Modeling

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Credit Risk Management Principles, Regulations, And Industry Best Practices

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data And Insights To Stakeholders And Make Actionable Recommendations.
