- Oversee and manage the forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes for the division.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to drive profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and provide financial insights and guidance.
- Lead the development of financial models and reports to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results to senior management and stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in consumer finance to inform financial strategies and decisions.
- Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Extensive Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis: Candidates For This Role Should Possess A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In The Consumer Finance Industry. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Financial Modeling, Forecasting, And Budgeting Processes.
Leadership And Strategic Thinking Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Developing High-Performing Teams, As Well As The Ability To Think Strategically And Make Sound Business Decisions. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Financial Strategies To Drive Business Growth.
Knowledge Of Consumer Finance Industry: Candidates Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Consumer Finance Industry, Including Regulations, Trends, And Competitive Landscape. They Should Be Able To Use This Knowledge To Provide Insights And Recommendations To Drive Business Performance.
Strong Analytical And Communication Skills: The Role Of A Consumer Finance - Fp&A Director Requires Strong Analytical Skills To Analyze Financial Data And Provide Insights To Stakeholders. Additionally, Candidates Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Present Financial Information To Senior Leadership And Other Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance Or A Related Field: A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role.
