Analyst, FP&A International

At PayPal, we are looking for an Analyst, FP&A International to join our team and help us drive critical business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound recommendations. They must be a self-starter and able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with a global team.As an Analyst, FP&A International, you will be responsible for providing financial and operational analysis of our international business. You will leverage data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop insights to inform and improve decision-making. This role will require you to effectively communicate with and influence multiple stakeholders, and to build relationships across teams and regions.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. Experience in an international setting, and knowledge of the payments industry, are strongly preferred. Additionally, you must be a highly organized, detail-oriented team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
