Accounting Manager

4. Analyze financial data and generate reports for executive level staff.
5. Develop and manage budget and forecasting models.
6. Monitor and analyze financial performance and recommend corrective action when necessary.
7. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
8. Train and mentor accounting staff to ensure they are up to date on accounting best practices.
9. Act as a liaison between the finance team and other departments to ensure accounting-related objectives are met.
10. Manage the company's external audit process.
