We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Associate to join our team at Paychex. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is passionate about helping businesses succeed. The Strategic Business Associate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that will help to increase market share and revenue for our clients.The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as an in-depth understanding of current market trends and customer needs. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field is required, as well as 5+ years of experience in a similar role.We are seeking a professional who is innovative and creative, with a proven track record of delivering results. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share and revenue for clients.
  2. Analyze current market trends and customer needs to devise innovative strategies.
  3. Provide strategic counsel and guidance to clients on a variety of topics.
  4. Monitor industry changes and opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  5. Work closely with other teams to develop and execute strategies.
  6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategies are implemented successfully.
  7. Analyze data and performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and clients.
  9. Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and foster collaboration.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry and related trends.
