If you're an organized, proactive, and customer-focused individual with experience in customer service, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field• 2+ years of customer service experience• Excellent communication skills and customer service aptitude• Thorough understanding of customer service principles and practices• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)• Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries in a timely manner• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to work well under pressure and in tight deadlines• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Responsibilities:
