Paychex is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Representative - 401(k) Ops Transactions to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will be a detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.The Service Representative - 401(k) Ops Transactions will process, review, and reconcile all 401(k) transactions. This individual will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.To join our team, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, a working knowledge of 401(k) and IRA operations, and an understanding of the regulations and guidelines governing these accounts. Previous experience with 401(k) contributions, distributions, loans, and rollovers is also beneficial. Responsibilities:

  1. Process, review, and reconcile all 401(k) transactions.
  2. Ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
  3. Maintain a working knowledge of 401(k) and IRA operations.
  4. Have an understanding of the regulations and guidelines governing 401(k) accounts.
  5. Handle 401(k) contributions, distributions, loans, and rollovers.
