At Paychex, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and personable Recruiter, Talent Acquisition to join our talent acquisition team. Our ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be organized and focused in their approach, and be an experienced problem solver.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of talent acquisition experience in a corporate setting. They should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. They should also have a strong understanding of the latest recruitment trends and technologies and be able to use various recruitment tools. We are looking for a personable Recruiter, Talent Acquisition who can build relationships with potential candidates and make a positive impression. They should also be able to work well with a team and have strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, and screen potential candidates for open roles
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates
- Create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize the latest recruitment trends and technologies to source and attract the best talent
- Analyze and evaluate recruitment metrics to improve the recruitment process
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of potential candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external vendors
- Collaborate with other members of the talent acquisition team to ensure a successful recruitment process
- Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to help ensure the best possible recruitment outcomes.
