Paychex, a leader in the Human Capital Management industry, is looking for you!As our Project Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process from initial planning to post-hire analysis. You will partner with hiring managers to ensure successful recruitment initiatives, create and implement strategies to source and recruit the best talent, and oversee the onboarding process.This is an amazing opportunity for the right individual to join an established, innovative team and to make a real impact on our growing organization. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to source and recruit the best talent.
  2. Create and manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes.
  3. Partner with hiring managers to ensure successful recruitment initiatives.
  4. Monitor and analyze post-hire Talent Acquisition results.
  5. Oversee the onboarding process.
  6. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  7. Develop and maintain Talent Acquisition systems.
  8. Prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  9. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on Talent Acquisition progress.
  10. Develop and implement solutions to improve Talent Acquisition processes.
