
Inside Sales Representative
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join the Paychex team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for building and maintaining relationships, as well as a strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques. We are searching for a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is driven to succeed.The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills as well as an aptitude for using technology and understanding customer needs. They must be able to multitask and prioritize while also being able to think outside the box to come up with creative solutions. A thorough understanding of the sales process, including the ability to develop and nurture relationships, is a must. The successful candidate must also have an aptitude for problem-solving and be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
