
Customer Service Advanced Resolution Representative
Paychex is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Advanced Resolution Representative. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you’ll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients and colleagues. You will play an integral part in resolving customer inquiries and complaints, helping to ensure their satisfaction and helping us to meet our customer service goals.This role requires an individual who is committed to delivering the highest level of customer service, and is able to work with a wide range of customers and colleagues. To be successful in this role, you must be able to think on your feet, resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience in customer service, problem solving, and be comfortable with technology.
