
Client Service Representative
At Paychex, we are looking for an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be a motivated, organized, and proactive professional who has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.The Client Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and delivering an exceptional client experience. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inbound inquiries and providing support for a wide variety of service issues. You will take ownership for resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and accurate manner.The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for customer service, an ability to work independently, and experience with payroll and/or human resources. We are looking for someone who is personable and can easily build relationships with clients. Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and a positive outlook are all qualities that we value in our team members.
Responsibilities for Client Service Representative:
