Responsibilities:

  1. Provide superior customer service to Paychex clients and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer concerns.
  3. Listen to customer feedback and provide appropriate solutions.
  4. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  5. Document customer interactions and keep records of customer inquiries.
  6. Monitor customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
  7. Follow up with customers after complaints or inquiries have been addressed.
  8. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide follow-up support as needed.
  9. Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes.
  10. Adhere to Paychex policies and procedures.
