At Paychex, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Client Service Representative to join our team. We are a rapidly growing company and are looking for a motivated individual to help us continue to provide world-class customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, able to multi-task, and have a customer-first attitude.The Client Service Representative will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing high-quality customer service. This individual should have the ability to understand the needs of our clients and be able to develop solutions to address their unique needs. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of company products and services and a desire to help our clients succeed.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field• At least two years of customer service or related experience• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively• Professional, friendly, and positive attitudeIf you have the qualifications and enthusiasm we’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities of a Client Service Representative:

  1. Maintain and develop relationships with clients to ensure they receive excellent customer service.
  2. Understand the unique needs of each client and create solutions to address them.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and effectively respond to inquiries, complaints, and problems.
  4. Remain knowledgeable about company products and services and be able to answer client questions and provide guidance.
  5. Prepare and present reports to management regarding client satisfaction levels and areas of improvement.
  6. Monitor client accounts and ensure all parties are kept informed of changes and updates.
  7. Analyze customer feedback and suggest changes to improve customer experience.
  8. Keep accurate records and document all customer interactions.
  9. Work with other departments to ensure all customer needs are met.
  10. Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times.
