Job Description

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will report directly to the Restaurant Manager and is a hands-on experienced and production based Manager who assists in leading the team in the evenings, managing not only the main restaurant floor, but our signature rooftop bar area, insuring our guests receive the highest level of service and quality on a daily and consistent basis. Assisting with leading a team including hiring, training, development and supervision. Assisting with developing, planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the team to ensure exceptional service and an efficient operation. Assisting with maintaining costs and quality control and supporting the overall operation of our busiest restaurant.

Job Qualifications

  • Two years supervisory/management experience

  • High volume restaurant experience

  • Ability to work a varied schedule, to include AM and PM shifts as well as weekends/holidays
