Job Description

Responsible for the operations and service activities, leadership/management, and operational integrity of the assigned branch. Proactively leads branch, and participates in the needs-based discussions of bank products and services with clients and business development officers. Directs the branch team’s daily business activities with hands-on approach. Manages the branch assigned portfolio for optimum service; managing operational, transactional and BSA risks. Ensures compliance with consumer protection and privacy regulations. Trains team members in the area of client service, operations, regulatory requirements, bank products, etc. Ensures that office audit(s) are rated at “satisfactory” or better in assigned branch.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Branch Service Supervisor/Manager or Operations Officer,

  • Business Banking/Treasury Services background required (Lending experience helpful)

Compensation
