- Develop and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders, including government agencies, landowners, and community members.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholder communication and coordination.
- Collaborate with project team members to identify and address stakeholder concerns and ensure project success.
- Conduct regular meetings and consultations with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
- Monitor and track stakeholder engagement and satisfaction, and make necessary adjustments to improve relationships.
- Create and implement stakeholder management plans and strategies.
- Manage and maintain stakeholder databases and contact lists.
- Oversee the permitting process for all projects, including obtaining necessary approvals and permits from relevant authorities.
- Stay up-to-date on all local, state, and federal regulations and requirements related to permits and approvals.
- Ensure that all permits and approvals are obtained within project timelines and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with project managers and other team members to gather necessary information and documentation for permit applications.
- Communicate with regulatory agencies and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to permitting.
- Prepare and submit permit applications and associated documents.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to permits and approvals.
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on the status of permits and approvals.
Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Stakeholder Management, Permitting, And Regulatory Compliance For Large-Scale Construction Projects.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Regulations And Permitting Processes.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage Relationships With Stakeholders, Government Agencies, And Project Team Members.
Experience With Project Management Software And The Ability To Coordinate Multiple Permits And Approvals Simultaneously.
