Shift Clerk

• Perform all work safely and with the utmost concern for the safety of self and other employees.
• Perform all work in compliance with environmental permits and regulations.
• Work in close proximity to and or in a chemical demilitarization facility.
• Responsible for providing complex administrative support to EDT Shift Plant Manager.
• Submit reports and data packages to PDCC (Project Document Control Center) as required
• Review outgoing materials and correspondence for internal consistency and conformance with EDT procedures; assure that proper clearances have been obtained when needed.
• Input data into EDT computer databases; correlate data to provide reports
• Collect information from the files or staff for routine inquires on office programs or periodic reports, and refer non-routine requests to the responsible individual(s).
