Extensive Experience: A Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure At Parsons Corporation Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Managing Large-Scale Infrastructure Projects. This Experience Should Include Planning, Design, And Construction Management Of Various Types Of Infrastructure Projects Such As Roads, Bridges, Airports, And Utilities.
Strong Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Infrastructure Design And Construction Techniques, As Well As Knowledge Of Relevant Software And Technology Used In The Industry. This Includes Proficiency In Project Management Software, Cad Programs, And Other Relevant Tools.
Leadership And Team Management: The Senior Project Manager Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Multi-Disciplinary Teams. This Includes The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Resolve Conflicts.
Project Management Certification: A Pmp (Project Management Professional) Certification Or Other Recognized Project Management Certification Is Highly Desired For This Role. This Certification Demonstrates The Candidate’s Knowledge And Expertise In Project Management Principles And Best Practices.
