Job Description

Parsons Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PMIS Application Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a key role that will require you to utilize your technical expertise and leadership skills to support our project teams and ensure the efficient and effective use of our PMIS applications.   1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all PMIS application related inquiries and support requests.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's PMIS applications and their functionalities.
  3. Train and mentor project teams on how to effectively utilize PMIS applications to manage projects.
  4. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that PMIS applications are aligned with project goals and objectives.
  5. Monitor and analyze data from PMIS applications to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams in troubleshooting and resolving issues with PMIS applications.
  7. Act as a liaison between project teams and the PMIS application support team, communicating any technical issues or enhancement requests.
  8. Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and other resources to support the effective use of PMIS applications.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in PMIS applications, making recommendations for potential upgrades or changes.
  10. Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement new PMIS applications or enhancements.
  11. Ensure the security and integrity of project data within PMIS applications.
  12. Communicate PMIS application updates, changes, and best practices to project teams and stakeholders.
  13. Proactively identify and address any potential risks or issues related to PMIS applications.
  14. Provide regular reports and updates on PMIS application usage, performance, and improvements.
  15. Act as a mentor and subject matter expert for junior PMIS application specialists within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Project Management Information Systems (Pmis) Administration And Support, Preferably At A Large Engineering Or Construction Firm.

  • Expertise In Implementing And Maintaining Pmis Software, Such As Procore, Primavera, Or Deltek, With A Strong Understanding Of System Configurations And Integrations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Pmis Projects, Including System Upgrades, Data Migration, And User Training.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Provide Timely Resolutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Technical Guidance To End-Users.
