- Utilize expertise to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to deliver innovative and effective geotechnical solutions.
- Take ownership of project management responsibilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Conduct thorough analysis and evaluations of geotechnical data and provide recommendations for project design and construction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
- Stay current on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in geotechnical engineering.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety standards and regulations.
- Effectively communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to team members and stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical support for geotechnical issues and concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments and disciplines to coordinate and integrate geotechnical requirements into overall project objectives.

- Conduct site visits and inspections as needed to ensure project success and compliance.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Civil Engineering Or Related Field.
Professional Engineer (Pe) License In The State Of Employment.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Geotechnical Engineering, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Role.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Geotechnical Design And Analysis Software, Such As Plaxis, Geostudio, Or Flac.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including Experience Managing Budgets, Schedules, And Personnel.
