- Design and develop innovative electrical solutions for infrastructure projects worldwide.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify project requirements and determine the most efficient and effective solutions.
- Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure integrated and coordinated project delivery.
- Use your expertise in electrical engineering to review and approve project designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure that all electrical designs and solutions comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that projects are being implemented according to design plans and specifications.
- Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and assist with their professional development.
- Stay updated with industry advancements and new technologies to incorporate into project designs.
- Work closely with project managers to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Foster a culture of safety and ensure that all electrical designs and solutions prioritize safety and adhere to safety protocols.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise and recommendations as needed.
- Continuously strive to improve and optimize project processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
Professional Engineer (Pe) License Preferred.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Electrical Engineering, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Role.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Electrical Engineering Principles, Codes And Standards, And Design Software.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Electrical Engineering Projects From Concept To Completion.
