- Conduct research and analysis to develop advanced radar and RF systems for national security and defense programs.
- Utilize expertise and technical knowledge to create accurate and reliable radar and RF models and simulations.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to understand project requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
- Design and implement simulation experiments to validate and improve system performance.
- Perform data analysis and present findings to project stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in radar and RF technology.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all modeling and simulation processes and results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the modeling and simulation process.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Mentor and train junior team members on radar and RF modeling and simulation techniques.
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and other events to share knowledge and expertise.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and safety standards.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Physics, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Radar And Rf Principles, Including Antenna Design, Signal Processing, And Propagation.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Radar And Rf Modeling And Simulation.
Proficiency In Simulation Software Such As Matlab, Simulink, And Hfss.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Execute Complex Simulation Models.
