- Lead and manage all construction activities on project sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop detailed construction plans and schedules.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and construction standards.
- Manage and supervise subcontractors and construction workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Proactively identify and resolve any project-related problems or conflicts.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of project activities, including progress reports, budgets, and change orders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in construction technology, and make recommendations for implementation as appropriate.
Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering Or Related Field From An Accredited University In The Uae.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Construction Or Engineering Role, Preferably In The Uae.
Strong Knowledge Of Local Codes, Regulations, And Construction Practices In The Uae.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Team.
Uae National With A Valid Uae Driver's License And The Ability To Obtain Necessary Security Clearances.
