
HR Systems Specialist, Workday

- Manage and maintain the Workday system to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement system enhancements and upgrades.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday users.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Workday system.
- Train and educate HR team members on Workday processes and best practices.
- Stay current on industry trends and updates related to Workday and other HR systems.
- Work closely with HR team to understand their needs and provide solutions within Workday.
- Participate in system testing and implementation of new features and processes.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate and optimize HR systems.
- Proactively identify and address system issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend process improvements to streamline HR operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all HR system data and information.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Workday and provide guidance and support to HR team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Workday Hr Systems, Including Implementation, Configuration, And Maintenance.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Procedures, Including Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, And Performance Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Hr, It, And Vendors.
Proven Experience In Troubleshooting And Resolving System Issues, As Well As Providing Training And Support To End Users.
