- Stay updated on industry trends and new developments in ERP systems to continuously improve processes and systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure successful implementation and integration of the ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the implementation process.
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of the ERP system post-implementation and make recommendations for further improvements.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Proven Experience In Managing Erp Implementations For Large Corporations, Preferably With A Focus On Manufacturing Or Engineering Industries.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Erp Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Microsoft Dynamics, And Their Modules Including Finance, Supply Chain, And Human Resources.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Execute Project Plans, Manage Budgets, And Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization And Manage Expectations Throughout The Implementation Process.
