The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating design elements into the build process, identifying and resolving design issues, and ensuring that the design meets Parsons' standards of excellence.We are looking for a Design Build Integrator who has a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management; a minimum of five years of experience in design and build processes; and a proven track record of success in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction process, be proficient in AutoCAD, and be able to develop and interpret technical drawings. Responsibilities:

1. Integrate design elements into the build process to ensure Parsons' standards of excellence are met.
2. Identify and resolve design issues in a timely manner.
3. Develop and interpret technical drawings using AutoCAD.
4. Create and maintain project documents and reports.
5. Strengthen relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
6. Monitor project progress and budget and make necessary adjustments.
7. Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to assess risks and identify solutions.
8. Work independently and as part of a team to ensure successful project completion.
