- Develop and maintain project schedules for construction projects, ensuring that all tasks and deadlines are clearly defined and communicated to project team members.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify project milestones and key deliverables.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays that may arise.
- Proactively identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Communicate project schedule updates and changes to all relevant parties in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure that all project schedules adhere to company and industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review project schedules and address any concerns or issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project management tools and systems to improve scheduling efficiency and accuracy.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in construction scheduling software and techniques.
- Adhere to and promote safety guidelines and procedures in all project scheduling activities.
- Assist in the preparation of project progress reports for management and clients.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for construction projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to project schedules.
- Participate in project meetings and provide support and guidance to project teams as needed.
- Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth and timely execution of construction projects.
Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Construction Scheduling And Project Support.
Proficient In Scheduling Software Such As Primavera P6 Or Microsoft Project.
Strong Understanding Of Construction Processes And Scheduling Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment.
