  1. Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue for Paramount Pictures' films and content.
  2. Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to ensure our pricing is competitive and reflects the value of our content.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and finance, to develop pricing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  4. Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure maximum utilization and revenue generation.
  5. Analyze data and provide insights on pricing and inventory performance, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of pricing and inventory professionals, providing guidance and support to drive their professional growth.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and exhibitors, to negotiate favorable pricing and inventory deals.
  8. Develop and maintain pricing and inventory policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across all business units.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the entertainment landscape, and adjust pricing and inventory strategies accordingly.
  10. Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term pricing and inventory strategies that align with the studio's overall goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Pricing And Inventory Management: A Senior Director In This Role Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Pricing And Inventory Management, Preferably In The Entertainment Industry. They Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Optimizing Complex Pricing Structures And Inventory Across Multiple Platforms.
