  1. Develop and execute comprehensive media plans for all film and television projects, ensuring alignment with overall brand and marketing goals.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences and determine the most effective media channels and strategies to reach them.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and publicity to integrate media plans into overall campaign strategies.
  4. Manage media budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations, and make recommendations for incorporating new media opportunities into plans.
  6. Negotiate and maintain relationships with media vendors to secure the best rates and placements for campaigns.
  7. Oversee the implementation and tracking of media plans, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
  8. Analyze campaign results and provide insights and recommendations for future planning and optimization.
  9. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and fostering their growth and development.
  10. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all media planning activities align with business goals and objectives.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive and impactful manner.
  12. Proactively seek out new opportunities for media partnerships and collaborations to expand reach and impact.
  13. Communicate media plans and strategies effectively to all relevant teams and stakeholders.
  14. Continuously monitor and assess industry and competitive landscape to inform and improve media planning strategies.
  15. Adhere to industry standards and ethical guidelines in all media planning and buying activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Media Planning, Preferably In The Entertainment Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Media Buying And Planning Tools, Such As Nielsen And Comscore.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.

  • Ability To Analyze And Interpret Data To Make Informed Media Planning Decisions.
