- Lead and oversee the programmatic advertising efforts for Paramount Pictures, including strategy, execution, and optimization.
- Manage a team of programmatic specialists and data analysts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success.
- Develop and implement programmatic advertising best practices and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including media planning, creative, and analytics, to align on campaign goals and strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify insights and opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies and identify new opportunities for advertising innovation.
- Oversee the management of data operations, including data collection, organization, and analysis, to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to effectively execute campaigns and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including data privacy and ad fraud prevention measures.
- Continuously assess and improve processes, tools, and technologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness in programmatic advertising and data operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Programmatic Advertising And Data Operations.
Strong Understanding Of Programmatic Buying Platforms And Tools Such As Dsps, Dmps, And Ad Servers.
Experience Managing And Optimizing Large-Scale Programmatic Campaigns.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Inform Campaign Strategies And Optimizations.
