  1. Oversee the accurate and timely administration of pension plans for all employees at Paramount Pictures.
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to pension administration.
  3. Manage a team of pension administrators, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  4. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline pension administration and improve efficiency.
  5. Review and analyze data related to pension plans, identifying any discrepancies or issues and taking appropriate action to resolve them.
  6. Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding pension plan inquiries and provide top-notch customer service.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and finance, to ensure accurate and timely communication and coordination related to pension administration.

  9. Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity and accuracy of pension plan data.
  10. Lead and participate in special projects related to pension administration as assigned by senior management.
  11. Monitor and manage the budget for pension administration, identifying cost-saving opportunities when possible.
  12. Mentor and develop team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  13. Represent Paramount Pictures in meetings and negotiations with external vendors and service providers related to pension administration.
  14. Continuously evaluate and make recommendations for improvements to the pension administration process to ensure the best possible experience for employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pension Administration, Preferably In The Entertainment Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Erisa Regulations And Pension Plan Design.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.

  • Experience With Pension Administration Software And Systems, Such As Peoplesoft Or Sap.
