Manage worldwide financial month end close processes for assigned territories to ensure compliance to deadlines and accuracy of accounting processes Manage and monitor finance marketing systems (SAP Financials, SAP Budgets, RAFT Commitments, Trintech Close tool). Work with various levels of partners throughout the organization to ensure deliverables are accurate and timely from an accounting perspective. Manage analyst(s), working one on one to build a cohesive and orderly process to ensure accuracy and efficiency Identify and resolve P&L and balance sheet questions and advance issues in a timely manner. Troubleshoot SAP budgets, journal entry uploads, allocations, and other accounting issues with minimal oversight. Proactively identify, research, and explain monthly marketing cost fluctuations to management and prepare corresponding supporting documentation. Collaborate with the Director of the department in reviewing close and monthly deliverables. Support 3rd party audits and Special projects as needed
