In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting, retaining, and motivating our talented employees by developing and implementing competitive and fair compensation programs. - Develop and implement competitive and fair compensation programs for all levels of employees at Paramount Pictures.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure compensation programs are in line with industry standards and trends.
- Collaborate with HR team and hiring managers to determine appropriate compensation packages for new hires and promotions.
- Monitor and review existing compensation programs to ensure they remain effective in attracting and retaining top talent.
- Stay informed of changes in compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Communicate and educate employees on compensation policies and programs.
- Manage the annual salary review process, including budget planning and recommendations.
- Analyze and provide data and insights on compensation trends and patterns to inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external compensation consultants and vendors.
- Collaborate with finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of compensation data.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related inquiries and issues.
- Participate in job evaluations and benchmarking to determine appropriate salary ranges.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive compensation information.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline compensation processes and procedures.
- Act as a strategic partner to the HR team, offering insights and recommendations on compensation matters.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Compensation Management, Preferably In The Entertainment Industry
Extensive Knowledge Of Compensation Strategies, Practices, And Regulations
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Decisions
