In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting, retaining, and motivating our talented employees by developing and implementing competitive and fair compensation programs. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in compensation and a passion for the entertainment industry.   1. Develop and implement competitive and fair compensation programs for all levels of employees at Paramount Pictures.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to ensure compensation programs are in line with industry standards and trends.
  3. Collaborate with HR team and hiring managers to determine appropriate compensation packages for new hires and promotions.
  4. Monitor and review existing compensation programs to ensure they remain effective in attracting and retaining top talent.
  5. Stay informed of changes in compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  6. Communicate and educate employees on compensation policies and programs.
  7. Manage the annual salary review process, including budget planning and recommendations.
  8. Analyze and provide data and insights on compensation trends and patterns to inform decision-making.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external compensation consultants and vendors.
  10. Collaborate with finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of compensation data.
  11. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related inquiries and issues.
  12. Participate in job evaluations and benchmarking to determine appropriate salary ranges.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive compensation information.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline compensation processes and procedures.
  15. Act as a strategic partner to the HR team, offering insights and recommendations on compensation matters.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Compensation Management, Preferably In The Entertainment Industry
