Performs reconciliation of balance sheet accounts including applicable roll-forward schedules. Prepare quarterly balance sheet decks and supporting schedules. Perform revenue cycle duties; including billing, collections, and cash application. Reconcile sub ledger; sub systems; and control accounts Process monthly/quarterly journal entries for P&L and B/S. Provide monthly actuals reporting to Corporate Planning group. Validate new and amended contracts in contract management system (License Maestro). Monitor and prepare collections reports and notify licensees/agents of pending A/R Act as liaison for documents and inquiries from licenses/agents. Analyze, report and post royalty statements into License Maestro. Interact with Product. Development department to maintain and update SKUs in License Maestro. Assist with A/P processing in SAP and Invoiceworks.
