Job Description

Paramount Pictures is seeking a talented and experienced Director of Human Resources for our streaming division. As a leader in the entertainment industry, we are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work culture, and who can support our growing team of creative and innovative individuals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on streaming services, and will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills.   1. Develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives that align with the overall goals and objectives of the streaming division and the broader organization.
  2. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement, retention, and development.
  3. Oversee all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  4. Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing guidance and support on all human resources matters.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in human resources, particularly in the streaming services space, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  6. Lead and manage a team of human resources professionals, providing mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities.
  7. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  8. Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
  9. Facilitate and lead training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and support their career growth.
  10. Promote and maintain a positive employee relations environment, addressing any employee concerns or conflicts with professionalism and sensitivity.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful launch and ongoing operations of the streaming division.
  12. Prepare and analyze human resources data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  13. Communicate and champion the organization's values, mission, and goals to all employees.
  14. Represent the organization in a professional manner at industry events and conferences.
  15. Continuously assess and improve the human resources function to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In Human Resources, Preferably In The Entertainment Or Streaming Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Hr Strategies, Policies, And Procedures.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Labor Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices In The Entertainment Industry.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Conflict Resolution Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Diverse Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
