  1. Oversee the technical operations of our broadcast distribution platforms to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of content to audiences worldwide.
  2. Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  3. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including content creators and distribution partners.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure our broadcast distribution platforms are utilizing the most innovative and effective methods.
  5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for optimizing content delivery.
  7. Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure cost-efficient operations.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  9. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted content delivery.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior management and provide reports on the performance of broadcast distribution operations.
  11. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the broadcast distribution engineering and operations team.
  12. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms.
