- Collaborate with various departments to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies for the Paramount brand.
- Work closely with the Brand Studio team to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing materials.
- Research and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to inform brand marketing initiatives.
- Create detailed project plans and timelines to ensure timely and successful execution of brand campaigns.
- Manage and maintain brand assets, such as logos and brand guidelines, to ensure consistency in all marketing materials.
- Assist in the development of creative briefs and provide feedback on creative concepts and executions.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors to execute brand marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of brand marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in brand management and marketing.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and business objectives.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing materials are in line with the Paramount brand vision and values.
- Assist in the planning and execution of brand events and activations.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including budget management and scheduling meetings.
- Proactively seek out opportunities to enhance and elevate the Paramount brand through partnerships and collaborations.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Brand Management, Preferably In The Entertainment Industry.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Meet Tight Deadlines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge Of Digital Marketing And Social Media Trends, As Well As Experience With Brand Partnerships And Activations.
