- Develop and execute strategic solutions for our valued partners to drive business success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify partner needs and implement effective solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve partner solutions.
- Prepare and present reports and proposals to senior management and partners.
- Communicate effectively with partners to ensure their needs are understood and met.
- Monitor and track the success of partner solutions and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify potential partners and develop strategies to attract them.
- Represent Paramount Pictures in a professional and positive manner to partners and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Partner Development And Management Within The Entertainment Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Partners And Internal Stakeholders.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment.
Knowledge Of Digital And Traditional Marketing Strategies And Experience In Executing Successful Campaigns.
