Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Paramount Advertising, a division of Paramount Pictures. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and promoting our brand by developing and maintaining strong client relationships. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and advertising, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for the entertainment industry.   1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to promote the Paramount Advertising brand.
  2. Drive revenue through effective sales techniques and strategies.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
  4. Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  5. Create and present compelling sales pitches and proposals to potential clients.
  6. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful execution of campaigns.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitors' activities.
  9. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance to management.
  11. Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance client relationships and overall sales process.
  12. Represent Paramount Advertising at industry events and conferences.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with clients.
  14. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or conflicts with clients.
  15. Embody the values and culture of Paramount Pictures in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

  • Strong Communication Skills: A Successful Account Executive Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Team Members And Other Stakeholders.
